  5. Health Care:

    1. In a perfect world, health care would be free and the system would be flawless. Everyone would actually work together to provide for the greater cause of life. Unfortunately, that will never happen, but that's how the system could work.

    2. We've tried both, and obviously neither has worked out too well. We would need some kind of mixture of the two (with both sides actually working together) in order for the problem to even come close to being solved.

  11. For improper housing, we could find a way to make it so people wouldn't be homeless. In big cities like Chicago and New York City, there are many homeless people on the street. One option is to make it a lot less expensive to rent/own a. apartment or home in these big cities. Homeless shelters would help a lot too. I think the problem could be solved both by the government or the private enterprise system. The government could probably help by supplying the money needed better though.

  15. Misuse of link cards and food stamps. We can solve this problem by not giving out cards or foodstamps. A lot of people sell their link cards for cash. If we made it possible for the people who actually need it, they should just be able to give them their last 4 digits of their social security number or a password at the check out area. This would end a lot of the problems. I think the government should help out also.
